We are the first innovative ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) agency serving children and families locally and internationally with headquarters in Mississippi. We can accommodate most family work schedules through extended service hours. Our in-home treatment, workplace stations and family sessions may be scheduled in advance for your convenience or via telehealth. We have Special Education Proctors who can assist parents, who are first time participants in the IEP (Individual Education Program) process.
Our goal as we expand our services is to prepare your child for a classroom or community environment with behavioral tools they can use. Our onsite goal in the future is to provide all services in one location. Clients who require the following services: Speech/Verbal Behavior Therapy and Occupational Therapy will be provided through face to face or hybrid sessions. We also maintain our community connection resource list to assist parents who are in search for services. No more driving all over town for the unique services your child need.
Parent training is so important and we have developed a hybrid model by which parents can attend in public or via Zoom. We have Education Advocates to assist parents with understanding the IEP process and help organize their meeting beforehand. Our mission is to create innovative ways to engage parents in the IEP process as well build and motivate parents while actively advocating for their child's education.
We successfully hosted a “Summer Behavioral and Social Camp” in 2018. Coming soon CIBI has partnered with Caribaid Foundation and will host a Summer Behavioral and Social camp for children in St. Lucia (Caribbean) from early childhood to age 8 years old in summer 2022. We will host a Pilot Summer Camp for increasing positive behavioral and social skills amongst their peers in the classroom and community setting.

We provide face to face and Distance Hi-Flex Performance Improvement Plan to reduce workforce. Many workforce behaviors involve high turnovers in employment. We offer training for your staff during their professional development along with contact hours for accountability. We enjoy creating incentive programs that increase morale and retain new hires. We have developed innovate plans that motivate staff daily, weekly and monthly.

IEP CONSULTATION TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Parents who need a general understanding of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and how to plan
We offer a strategic, self-reflection courses with collaboration of parent capstone training. This course allows parents the unique opportunity to define their parenting style and embrace tools to increase the effectiveness in child-rearing of special needs children. We provide versatile communication skills that you could share with another parent as a resource. Our parenting classes are hands-on courses that allow parents to learn new and practical applications that are unique to each family.
The course allows parents to know which community business is "behavioral proof" and been trained to assist families who have a child with a behavioral diagnosis. This class is a hybrid which connects your need to a community resource. The course is flexible with some weekend time slots available.
VIRTUAL CONSULTING SERVICE LIST
Pricing of services is subject to change as product markets evolve. Service package plans may be selected after evaluations/diagnostics are completed by our. There are opportunities to earn a clinic voucher that can be applied to the balance owed staff.

We offer a Hybrid Model Consultation
There will need to be a consent signed on filed from all in-home parties before any service can begin.
Hybrid Model Consultation which includes interaction through the innovative technology of cameras, Skype, Facetime, and face to face consultation is important when face to face meetings are not feasible. You will be scheduled in the home, classroom, community or in the clinic for nothing less than twenty hours of treatment. Once every six weeks you will have a parent consultation session with a BCBA-Doctoral level. You must be willing to meet your Virtual Consultant via (Zoom, Google Meet, or GotoWebinar along with Skype, Facetime, Microsoft Team Meeting) to participate. You must sign a waiver to distribute and disseminate the video to the assigned Virtual Consultant who are either a BCaBA or BCBA.
HOME CAMERA SYSTEM FOR VIRTUAL CONSULTING
Each home participating in the virtual consultation program must purchase an in-home camera. The camera system will need to be internet wired and installed before ABA virtual consulting services with our trained staff will began.
