Karen Goodman is the founder of The Wright Step Enterprise, a non-profit dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful life plans. With a heart for empowering others, Karen has built a variety of innovative programs—from Life Coaching and Parent Powerhouse Training Courses with emphasis in Autism & Behavioral Disorders to Beauty Pageants, family ministry, and the Girls with Purpose Leadership Academy. She combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for helping people grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually. With certifications in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Surgical Technology, Individual & Group Counseling, Human Performance in business with interventions to boast motivation, e-Mentoring and Life Coaching. Karen brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to personal development. Through The Wright Step, Karen is inspiring positive change and giving individuals and families the tools they need to achieve their fullest potential.
Additionally, she has completed bridge coursework at the University of Kansas in Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate Program. She has over 10 years of experience "in the chair" providing ABA services as well as Program Director of a newly developd Pilot Program for children with Autism diagnosis. She has used signature opportunities in her business to serve clients and their support systems by using innovative tools which are unique to each client.

Girls with Purpose -Girls with Purpose is dedicated to helping each girl discover and embrace her unique purpose. Through guidance and mentorship, we empower them to build confidence, make meaningful decisions, and step into their full potential, one girl at a time.
Wright Life Crown Pageantry - We inspire each contestant to highlight their natural beauty in a friendly environment.
Wright Life Solutions - We walk alongside our clients during their crossroads of life by providing innovative and helpful techniques to be used in the area of career, education, relationship, grief and a vast array of others needing therapeutic attention.
